Our mission

Smart solutions for complex systems. Transparency in everything we do.

Our mission is to be smart and transparent with everything we do: smart solutions for complex issues, and openness about what we do and how we work. Clients should understand the equipment on board — not just receive an invoice for it.

Because let's be honest — sailing is complex enough. Your bridge systems shouldn't feel like rocket science too.

Live service status

We send a live service status on every service. The client sees the outcome of an attendance while the technician is still on board — no waiting for the report.

One group, two disciplines

Spare parts supply & sales

We supply spare parts for navigation and communication electronics — with a service attendance or as a parts order on its own.

Remote support

Remote monitoring and maintenance to minimize downtime and reduce operating cost.

How an attendance works

You know what will happen before, and what happened after.

01

Pre-check & triage

Before an attendance is scheduled, we collect the available vessel and equipment information and clarify the reported issue with the ship. This allows us to determine whether the case can be handled remotely or requires onboard service, and what preparation is needed.

02

Scope agreed in writing

You send the equipment list or the class due dates. We come back with the scope, the parts involved and what it costs — before anyone travels.

03

Technician on board

A maritime technician attends with the right spare parts. More than 600 attendances a year, in ports worldwide.

04

Live service status

The outcome reaches the office while the technician is still on board. Certificates, reports and history stay available in NAUTiFy.
